• You may enter up to 6 (six) images
• Please send good quality jpgs. No html links or email attachments please.
• File size for each image can be no larger than 20megabytes.
• A separate online form must be filled out for each image, with only ONE jpg attached to each form.
• NEED TO REPLACE AN IMAGE AFTER YOU’VE ALREADY SUBMITTED YOUR JPG? Click the "Back" button near the bottom of that page and go ahead and submit another jpg. Then later please contact me to tell me which ones to remove from my list. highlandsart@njhighlandscoalition.org

READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW, then  CLICK THIS LINK TO UPLOAD JPGS

1. RENAME YOUR JPG IMAGE FILE before submitting. Do NOT include your name in the jpg. title. ONLY put the title like this example:  Sunset_Harvest.jpg (Call me if you  need help with this 973-910-2400)
2. Click this link to begin 
3. Do NOT Log In or Register. 
4. Read the page
5. Scroll down Click the grey ADD PHOTO button
6. Click SELECT FILE to browse your computer and select one jpg image file.
7. IMAGE TITLE:  Do NOT change that. Leave that text field as it appears with the jpg title and underscores (Do NOT include your name) Example: Sunset_Harvest.jpg

• CATEGORY: Click the drop-down menu to choose one category: photography, fine art hanging, or sculpture 

1. SUBTITLE: Type your image title as it will appear on the wall labels.

                 Example:  Sunset Harvest, A Bushel of Apples at Mr. Ashby’s Family Farm in the Fall

1. DESCRIPTION: This field is optional, in case you'd like to add a note about your image, for example, where it was taken, or a story about your experience or inspirations, or a special technique or process, etc.
2. CHECK THE BOX "Yes, I accept the conditions for uploads"
3. MEDIUM: Enter the materials and substrate, for example watercolor on paper, oil on canvas, archival pigment on paper
4. SIZE: Including the outside of the frame, FIRST height, THEN width, with “ marks, like this: 16”h x 24”w.
5. ORIENTATION Choose Horizontal or Vertical
6. Type YOUR PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS & TOWN AND STATE YOU LIVE IN
7. Type YOUR NAME Last name, first name
8. CHECK THE TWO BOXES to agree to Copyright & Terms
9. Click the “SAVE” button at the bottom. 
10. You should see a confirmation saying “Your submission has been received”

TO UPLOAD ANOTHER JPG IMAGE: 

1. Scroll down and click the ADD PHOTO and repeat the process.
2. Some information will already appear there, so please check that all information is correct for each upload!
3. If the "Save" button at the bottom is hidden, reduce your browser window until you can see it.
4. To REPLACE AN IMAGE, please call or email me to let me know which one to delete. If the app doesn't allow you to upload more and you still have to replace some, please call me for another link.
